Pipelines
and Process Piping
The company started its pipeline business with the PGU I cross-country
pipeline as a subcontractor to install gas pipelines with diameters
from 1.2m down to 250 mm.
Each pipeline system has its own specific requirements
, and we have acquired adequate knowledge and hand-on experience
needed to construct any type of pipeline . In many cases, a pipeline
system forms part of much larger project , requiring a multi-disciple
approach.

Spraying
The technology is also diversified into Galvarium Arc-Metal Spraying
services . This service provides a solution for severe corrosion
problems affecting steel structures in the oil and gas , shipbuilding
and engineering , structural fabrication , architectural and construction
, telecommunications energy and power distribution industries .
We successfully used the Galvarium Low Temperature
Thermal Metal Spray Coating System on the Drilling Support Frame
for the Nippon Oil Helang Project ,constructed at a Malaysian ship
fabrication yard .
